How much is the initial payment?
You have two choices for the initial payment. (1) By paying for the Set-up Cost to start your agent working the second one is the option of paying the Set-up Cost+1 month service payment.
-Set-up Cost: $250 USD
-Set-up Cost + Payment for the initial month
What is the advantage of paying the 2nd option for initial payment?
When you pay via the second option for initial payment, you can take advantage of our discounted program which is 5% off the original monthly bill. This is only given to those who pay their bills on or before the exact date they start working with us.
e.g. When you hire a search engine optimizer and decide to pay using second option, you will just be paying $ 905.5 for the first month instead of $ 940 ( $ 34.5 off ).
That is, 250+ [690 - (690*0.05)] = 250+(690 - 34.5) =250 + 655.5 = US $ 905.5
If I continue paying on the exact date? Will I still be able to avail the discount?
Yes! If you continue paying your monthly payment on or before the exact date, you still can avail for this discount. Thus, in the next payment, you will still just be paying 5% off the original bill.(Note: Exact paying date pertains to paying the bill on the first day of the month of service covered by the payment..)
What is this Set-up Cost? Why do we need to pay for this?
Set-up cost is a one-time payment that needs to be paid clients before getting started. This is for the agent's needs necessary for him/her to serve you better. Basic needs include workstation, internet connection, etc .
If I already paid the initial payment, when can my agent start working with me? After you have paid the initial payment, your agent can immediately start working for you. Our clients usually let their agents start working 1 week from the date of successful service subscription. However, you can still make your agent start working with you shorter that the usual scheme.
Does my agent speak English?
Yes, English is the corporate language in the Philippines.
How can I monitor my agent's work?
Every agent is required to submit a daily report for the tasks done at the end of the shift to his client. In addition, our agent supervisors are available to assist and see to it that all are running smoothly.
Do I have a direct contact with my agent? Yes, you can have your conversation via chat within the working hours or send instructions via email.
Can I replace my agent if ever my expectations are not met?
Yes, we always aim of giving excellent service. You can change your agent for valid reasons; however, this is done after investigation. If proven to have legal grounds,we can then replace your agent.
