To start working with us, this is the process to be followed:
- Browse through the 'Services' page to check the various program packages;
- Choose a schedule ( full-time, part-time, project-based);
- Contact our online support representative through chat or send your email to confirm the availability of the service you have chosen;
- Once it is confirmed, we will set a schedule for your interview with the available agent ( this is done to give client an opportunity to weigh the capacity of the agent);
- When things run smoothly, you can now sign-up for your chosen service package;
- We will then send an email to you confirming the package you have signed-up;
- After confirming, you need to pay the set-up cost for the service you subscribed;
- As soon as your payment is settled, your agent can immediately start rendering his service.
